The Early Bird’s Word had three great interviews Friday morning highlighting local events.

The first interview was with Remembering Venice guitarist Jason Julian. Julian and his band will be playing a benefit concert Friday night at the Kalahari Convention Center in Sandusky for fallen firefighter and former band member Jamie Dickman. The benefit concert begins at 6pm.

General Manager of the Ashland Symphony Orchestra Dan Coleman also joined the show to recap events from the past few weeks, and Tricia Applegate from the AU Box Office came to talk about upcoming events in the arts at Ashland University.
