AU Football head coach, Lee Owens, stopped by the WRDL studios on Thursday, Sept. 24th, for his weekly interview on the Early Bird’s Word.  He talked about all things AU Football, including this past week’s 27-24 victory over the nationally ranked Ohio Dominican Panthers.  He also gave the crew in-depth look at their upcoming matchup with the undefeated Findlay Oilers.  The Eagles are ranked 13th in the latest AFCA polls, their highest ranking since the 2013 preseason.
