AU Football head coach, Lee Owens, stopped by the WRDL studios on Thursday, Oct. 8th, for his weekly interview on the Early Bird’s Word.  He talked about all things AU Football, including this past week’s 42-17 victory over the Malone Pioneers.  He also gave the crew in-depth look at their upcoming road matchup with the winless Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.  The Eagles are ranked 9th in the latest AFCA polls, their highest ranking since the end of the 2012 season.
