Ashland University Women’s Basketball head coach Robyn Fralick stopped by the WRDL Studios on Friday, Mar. 4th to break down all things AU Women’s Basketball, including their recent 68-54 win over the Northern Michigan Wildcats in the first round of the 2016 GLIAC Tournament. The Women’s team is ranked #5 in the country and #1 in the the tournament.  With last week’s win over the Wildcats, the Eagles advance to the GLIAC Final Four, preparing to take on the only team they lost to in the regular season, the Walsh Cavaliers. As outright GLIAC Championships, the Eagles will host the GLIAC Tournament from Kate’s Gymnasium. Coach Fralick can be heard on The Early Bird’s Word every Friday at 8:15.
