Ashland University Baseball head coach John Schaly stopped by the WRDL studios on Monday, Apr. 18th for his weekly interview on The Early Bird’s Word.  Coach Schaly talked all things AU Baseball including their recent weekend series against the Hillsdale Chargers.  The Eagles finished the weekend 3-1 after a two-game sweep on Sunday, Apr. 17th.  AU Baseball is currently 21-12 overall and 12-2 in conference play after 7-0 and 16-11 road victories over Hillsdale Sunday. AU is 7-1 in its last eight games, and is 13-4 in its last 17 outings.  Coach Schaly can be heard on The Early Bird’s Word every Monday at 8:30.
