Ashland University Football head coach Lee Owens stopped by the WRDL studios on Wednesday, Sept. 14th, for his weekly interview on The Early Bird’s Word.  He talked about all things AU Football, including this past week’s excting 36-25 victory over the Wayne State Warriors.  He also gave the crew in-depth look at the Eagles’ upcoming matchup with the Findlay Oilers.  The Eagles are ranked 5th in the latest AFCA polls. The Eagles’ matchup with Findlay will be the team’s last game against the Oilers in GLIAC play, as the Oilers leave the conference at the end of 2016.
