Ashland University Football head coach Lee Owens and senior defensive end Adam Wallace stopped by the WRDL studios on Wednesday, Oct. 12, for Owens’ weekly interview on The Early Bird’s Word.  Coach Owens and Wallace recapped the team’s 45-7 win over Northwood on Homecoming.  He also touched upon the team’s upcoming GLIAC South Division matchup with the Lake Erie Storm.  After their win over Northwood, the Eagles moved up to #11 in the latest AFCA coaches poll.  All of Lee Owens’ past interviews on The Early Bird’s Word can be heard on our Soundcloud page.
