Ashland University Men’s Basketball is now 8-6 overall on the season after splitting a pair of games to visiting GLIAC North opponents.

The Eagles began the series by losing at home to the Michigan Tech Huskies 80-71 on Thursday, Jan. 5.

The Eagles responded to the loss by downing the Northern Michigan Wildcats 67-48 on Saturday, Jan. 7.

Senior guard Boo Osbourne scored 16 points in the loss to the Huskies and led all scorers with 21 points on 7-11 shooting from 3-point range in the win over Northern Michigan.

The Eagles now prepare for their upcoming GLIAC South Division matchup with the Ohio Dominican Panthers on Thursday, Jan. 12.
