AU Women’s Basketball beats Oilers, now 21-0

Ashland University Women’s Basketball improved to 21-0 after dominating the Findlay Oilers 110-65 on Saturday, Jan. 28

Inside Kate’s Gymnasium, the #1-ranked Eagles never trailed against the Oilers, and eclipsed the 100-point mark for the sixth time this season.

Junior forward Laina Snyder led all scorers with 20 points and eight rebounds against Findlay.  Snyder moved into a tie for sixth place on AU’s all-time scoring list at 1,370 points, and also is fourth on the program’s all-time rebounding list at 801.

The Eagles now prepare for another GLIAC South Division matchup when they travel to Tiffin University on Monday, Jan. 30.
