The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Ashland County and much of the 88.9 WRDL listening area. The Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 5pm on Monday, Mar. 13 until 8pm on Wednesday, Mar. 15. Snow accumulation is expected to be between four and seven inches. Snow is expected to begin late afternoon on Monday and increase in intensity overnight. Some Lake-effect snow bands could effect certain parts of the WRDL listening area, with snow accumulations expected to increase. Snow accumulations could impact driving visibility due to snow covered roads. Winds gusts expected to be in excess of 25-30 mph in some areas. Be prepared for snow covered roads and reduced driving visibility.
