Ashland University Football head coach Lee Owens stopped by the WRDL Studios on Tuesday, Oct. 3, for his weekly interview on The Early Bird’s Word.  Coach Owens recapped the team’s recent road shutout over the Davenport Panthers. The Eagles are now 4-1 overall and 3-0 in the GLIAC. The Eagle shutout on the road over Davenport was the team’s first shutout since Nov. 12, 1994 (43-0 at St. Francis).
