Eagle Women Dominate in GLIAC Opener
The Ashland University Women’s Basketball team continued their winning ways, and remained undefeated after defeating the Hillsdale Chargers Wednesday, Dec. 9th.
The Eagle Women improved to 7-0 after beating Hillsdale 80-42, dominating all four quarters.
Senior guard McKenzie Miller led all scorers with 22 points, on 6-7 shooting from the 3-point line. Sophomore forward Laina Snyder added 12 points and 14 rebounds for Ashland, her 18th career double-double.
The Eagle Women will play host to Saginaw Valley on Saturday, Dec. 12th, before rounding out their four-game homestand with contests against St. Joseph’s of Indiana (Dec. 19th) and Urbana (Dec. 20th).
