Sandra Tunnell talks Ashland city income Tax issues
Ashland City Council member Sandra Tunnell stopped by the WRDL studios on Wednesday, Oct. 26 and Wednesday Nov. 2, along with Ashland City Mayor Glen Stewart to give a brief presentation on two upcoming tax issues being added to ballot this November. The city of Ashland hasn’t raised city income tax for 32 years and still operating various aspects of the city on money made in the 1980’s. One tax increase would help hire additional police officers and firefighters for Ashland while the other would help with road safety and street maintenance. Both of Tunnell’s appearances on the show can be heard below.
