AU Women’s Basketball continues domination
Ashland University Women’s Basketball improved to 10-0 on the season after beating both Saginaw Valley State and Wayne State in GLIAC play.
Inside Kate’s Gymnasium, the #2-ranked Eagles downed the Cardinals 101-50, followed by another 100-point performance when they beat Wayne State 103-55.
Senior guard Kelsey Peare led all scorers with 21 points against Saginaw Valley State, while junior forwards Laina Snyder and Andi Daugherty scored 19 points in the team’s win over Wayne State.
The Eagles now prepare for their upcoming four-game road trip starting with Notre Dame (Ohio) on Wednesday, Dec. 14.
