Ashland University Football head coach Lee Owens stopped by the WRDL Studios on Tuesday, Nov. 14, for his weekly interview on The Early Bird’s Word.  Owens recapped the team’s recent 31-19 victory over the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals. The Eagles’ win over Saginaw Valley helped capture the program’s first outright GLIAC Championship since 2012.  Owens also previewed the team’s upcoming NCAA Division II playoff matchup with the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
