The Ashland University Women’s Basketball team began their 2018-2019 campaign with an exhibition matchup with Big Ten foe Purdue on Sunday, November 4th.

The Eagles were downed by the Boilermakers 85-69 at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Junior guard Jodi Johnson scored 20 points on 8-13 shooting. Johnson also hauled in five rebounds.
