President of “Eagles For Pride” at Ashland University, Katie McKay stopped by the WRDL Studios on Tuesday, March 30 to highlight the organization on The Early Bird’s Word. According to organization’s Facebook page, “The mission of Eagles for P.R.I.D.E. is to work toward making Ashland a more accepting and safe environment regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity through education, support, and community. In doing so, we hope to promote the preservation of human dignity and respect for all people.”
