Cayleb Paulino talks AU Women’s Soccer
Ashland University Women’s Soccer head coach, Cayleb Paulino, stopped by the WRDL Studios on Tuesday, October 12 to talk all things AU Women’s Soccer. According to GoAshlandEagles.com, “Paulino had been an assistant women’s soccer coach at Ohio Northern since Dec. 2018, helping the Polar Bears to Ohio Athletic Conference titles in 2019 (regular season and tournament) and 2020 (regular season). In 2019, he was on the staff named Great Lakes Regional Staff of the Year, OAC Coaches of the Year and All-Ohio Coaches of the Year. Prior to that, Paulino was an assistant men’s soccer coach at ONU from 2015-18, and an assistant for both soccer programs at Defiance from 2012-14. Paulino replaces Taylor Clarke, who recently became an assistant women’s soccer coach at Bowling Green State. From 2018 to the spring season of 2021, Clarke led the Eagles to two NCAA Division II postseason appearances, and an overall mark of 32-12-7 (.696).”
