Ashland University Football Head Coach, Doug Geiser, stopped by the WRDL Studios on Tuesday, August 27 to recap the off-season. According to GoAshlandEagles.com, Geiser was named Ashland football’s 15th head coach on Jan. 3, 2023. In his first season as Eagles head coach, the team went 9-3 overall and 8-1 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. Ashland finished the season on an eight-game winning streak, including the program’s first bowl win, 23-20, vs. McKendree at the America’s Crossroads Bowl.”
