Nora Bacon spotlights the “Alexander Hamilton Society”
Ashland University Junior and President of the “Alexander Hamilton Society,” Nora Bacon, stopped by the WRDL Studios on Tuesday, January 20 to spotlight the organization on campus. According to AlexanderHamiltonSociety.org, “The Alexander Hamilton Society is founded on the principle that the world remains a dangerous place in which our power must be exercised with prudence, and where the primary threats to our security come from states that deny freedom to their own people and from non-state actors who embrace hatred and violence. Alexander Hamilton captured this philosophy at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 when he stated, “No government could give us tranquility and happiness at home, which did not possess sufficient stability and strength to make us respectable abroad.”
