Ashland University Men’s Soccer head coach Oliver Slawson stopped by the WRDL studios on Wednesday, Mar. 30th to preview the upcoming 2016 AU Men’s Soccer season.  The team is preparing for open tryouts and looking to finalize their non-conference schedule for 2016 as well.  Before arriving at AU, Slawson spent the last decade on the Akron Zips’ coaching staff, spending the last six seasons as a full-time assistant.  In late Sept. of 2015, Ashland University announced it was reinstating the men’s soccer program on campus starting with the fall 2016 season after the program was discontinued prior to the fall 2013 season.
