Prizes awarded may be claimed from the WRDL Studios at Ashland University, 401 College Avenue, Ashland, Ohio 44805 during normal business hours 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. WRDL is located in the Center for the Arts, Room 215. During a WRDL on-air giveaway, the announcer will prompt listeners to call the station in order to receive a prize. By participating in a WRDL giveaway, please acknowledge the following rules and regulations:

• You must be 18 years or older (unless the contest states otherwise) to register for the contest. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
• One winner per household is allowed within a 30 day period for any contest.
• WRDL reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on-air indicating that person was the winner.
• Winners have 30 days to claim a prize after the date won. Prizes not claimed within 30 days after the date won will be forfeited by the winner.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by international, federal, state, or local law. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes have no cash value, expressed or implied.
• Winners may be asked to present a photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) before a prize is distributed. All insurance costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes which may or may not be payable due to receipt of prize. Any additional costs related to prizes or incurred as results of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any and all federal, state, and local laws apply to contests.
• Employees, agencies, representatives, affiliates, and immediate families of WRDL and any official contest/promotion participant are not eligible to enter contests.
• By accepting a prize, all winners agree to allow WRDL to use their name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All phone calls to WRDL may be recorded and may be aired without further approval.
• Due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, WRDL may substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won. WRDL cannot be held responsible, or be held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
• WRDL reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. All prize award decisions are final. The decisions of WRDL management are final. Rules may be changed by WRDL at any time during the contest.
• Ashland University, the Journalism & Digital Media Department, and WRDL shall not be liable for any claim, injury or damage from any contest or prize.
• By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless WRDL and its employees, agencies, representatives, affiliates, immediate families, sponsors, and licensees from claims, liabilities, or legal actions which may arise as a result of winning a prize in the contest.
