Dr. Craig Hovey, the director for the Ashland Center for Nonviolence, talked about a rock concert on the theme of human rights.
Dr. Hovey promoted the screening of the Spanish film “Even the Rain” which will be shown Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. in the Schar College of Education Ronk Lecture Hall
