Ashland University Information Technology Help Desk Manager Jacob Firis stopped by the WRDL Studios on Monday, April 8 for the weekly Information Technology Update. Firis talked with the crew about the specifics behind jobs in IT, including his upcoming move to Alaska. Ashland University Information Technology is located on the first floor of Patterson Hall and is open to all AU Students.
