James Hayes on Microlearning

Director of Educational Technology at Ashland University, James Hayes spoke with WRDL on Monday, November 9 about microlearning in education. According to the elearningindustry.com, “While there’s no official microlearning definition, all microlearning-based training shares one key characteristic: brevity. This could either be small learning units or short-term learning activities. Microtraining delivers short bursts of content for learners to study at their convenience. Content can take many forms, from text to full-blown interactive multimedia, but should always be short.” Ashland University IT is located on the first floor of Patterson Hall and is open to all AU Students.
