Executive Director of the Mental Health & Recovery Board (MHRB) of Ashland County, David Ross, spoke with WRDL on Friday, November 18 about the organization and its impact on the community. According to AshlandMHRB.org, “The Mental Health and Recovery Board (MHRB) wants you to know you’re not alone. Our board of 18 citizen volunteers represents the community of Ashland County. We come from diverse backgrounds and are comprised of professionals, family members, people who have or are receiving services, advocates, and other community members.”
